Job Requirements
- high school diploma or equivalent
- minimum 3 years of experience in bar or event management within the hospitality industry
- certification in responsible alcohol service like TIPS or ServSafe Alcohol
- strong leadership and team-building skills
- excellent customer service and interpersonal communication
- proficiency in point-of-sale systems and inventory management software
- knowledge of beverage varieties and mixology techniques
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings weekends and holidays

- 3+ years of experience in bar or event management or a similar role within the hospitality industry

Job Duties
- manage all aspects of bar operations at the designated venue including staff
- ensure bars are adequately stocked and prepared for each event
- maintain high standards of beverage quality and presentation
- monitor beverage stock levels and order supplies as needed
- implement inventory tracking systems to reduce waste and prevent theft
- manage cash handling procedures and reconcile sales
- prepare sales reports and assist with budgeting
- ensure adherence to all local and state alcohol service laws
- enforce health and safety guidelines within bar operations
- engage with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- address guest inquiries and resolve any service-related issues
- work with event coordinators to align bar services with event themes
- participate in planning meetings as needed
- available to work at other events when not required at the primary venue
- adapt to varying event requirements and locations
