Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Must be at least 18 years of age or older
  • Minimum of one year of experience in customer service position
  • Experience working large events preferred
  • Experience with audio/visual equipment preferred
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
  • Able to provide clear and effective communication
  • Exhibit excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
  • Attention to detail and professionalism in handling tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of one year of customer service experience
  • Experience working large events preferred
  • Experience with audio/visual equipment preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record

Job Duties

  • Serve as liaison for event patrons on event day by greeting them and assisting with event setup
  • Complete opening and closing procedures including locking/unlocking and cleaning facilities
  • Ensure event patrons comply with facility rules and regulations as per event contract
  • Assist Recreation Events Supervisor with providing information and giving tours of event spaces
  • Support patrons with inquiries related to recreation classes, registrations, and facility rentals
  • Manage audio/visual equipment setup for events
  • Help with bringing in event items and assisting outside vendors during setup
