Job Requirements
- Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Must be at least 18 years of age or older
- Minimum of one year of experience in customer service position
- Experience working large events preferred
- Experience with audio/visual equipment preferred
- Must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Able to provide clear and effective communication
- Exhibit excellent customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
- Attention to detail and professionalism in handling tasks
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of one year of customer service experience
- Experience working large events preferred
- Experience with audio/visual equipment preferred
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
Job Duties
- Serve as liaison for event patrons on event day by greeting them and assisting with event setup
- Complete opening and closing procedures including locking/unlocking and cleaning facilities
- Ensure event patrons comply with facility rules and regulations as per event contract
- Assist Recreation Events Supervisor with providing information and giving tours of event spaces
- Support patrons with inquiries related to recreation classes, registrations, and facility rentals
- Manage audio/visual equipment setup for events
- Help with bringing in event items and assisting outside vendors during setup
