Job Duties

Create and maintain event planning documents including schedules, budgets and logistics
collaborate with stakeholders to define event goals, themes, and objectives
coordinate communication, asset requests, and materials as needed
attend key meetings, take notes, contribute to the ideation processes, and ensure appropriate follow through of relevant action items discussed
arrange credentials, accommodations, and general logistics for staff and participants
assist managers with overseeing setup, teardown, and on-site operations during the convention
assist managers with addressing any issues or emergencies that arise during the event
