Job Requirements
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of event production experience (creative or décor-focused)
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- strong project management skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- ability to work onsite in Chicago, IL
- availability for flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends
- ability to support on-site event execution twice monthly
- capability to travel to client and venue locations as needed
- tolerance for moderate noise levels and physical activity involving moving around venues
Job Qualifications
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 1-3 years of event production experience (creative or décor-focused)
- proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
- familiarity with event software a plus
- strong project management, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
- excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
- attention to detail and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Assist Event Producers in translating designs into production requirements
- coordinate production elements, samples, inventory, and rentals
- communicate key timelines and event details to internal teams
- create pull sheets and ensure correct data entry
- support client communications and ensure satisfaction
- assist with on-site event execution and venue walkthroughs
- help streamline operations and maintain accurate records
