Job Qualifications
- Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments
- Enthusiastic about delivering a luxury client experience
- Experience or interest in event production or hospitality is a plus
- Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members
Job Duties
- Set up event day details including linens, décor, table numbers, place cards, menus, and rental equipment
- Strike and organize client décor and personal belongings after events
- Assist with vendor arrivals, check-ins, and answering onsite questions
- Supervise third-party vendor staff performance during events
- Support the Lead Planner to ensure the event runs smoothly and the guest and client experience is of the highest quality
- Follow planning documents and event timelines to maintain consistency and accuracy
