Job Qualifications

  • Reliable and organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, physically active environments
  • Enthusiastic about delivering a luxury client experience
  • Experience or interest in event production or hospitality is a plus
  • Ability to communicate effectively with vendors and team members

Job Duties

  • Set up event day details including linens, décor, table numbers, place cards, menus, and rental equipment
  • Strike and organize client décor and personal belongings after events
  • Assist with vendor arrivals, check-ins, and answering onsite questions
  • Supervise third-party vendor staff performance during events
  • Support the Lead Planner to ensure the event runs smoothly and the guest and client experience is of the highest quality
  • Follow planning documents and event timelines to maintain consistency and accuracy
