Job Requirements

Minimum of 16 years old
criminal background check required
reliable and punctual
ability to work flexible hours for special events
basic math skills for cash handling
ability to follow instructions and work in a team environment
ability to stand for extended periods

Job Qualifications

Experience in cash handling and public contact preferred
customer service skills
ability to handle money accurately
good communication and interpersonal skills
basic inventory management knowledge

Job Duties

Sell and issue tickets and receive money or credit card payments
check credentials of non-paying attendees
provide superior customer service and resolve guest conflicts or escalate issues
count, balance, and resolve overages or deficiencies in concession cash handling
perform cash register close-outs and prepare bank deposits
sell concession items and conduct pre and post event inventory
report maintenance needs and ensure the lead operator is informed
perform other job related duties as assigned
