Job Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
reliable transportation
ability to lift and move event materials
availability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
strong attention to detail
excellent communication skills
ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Qualifications

Proven experience in event planning or related fields is preferred but not required
strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
excellent time management skills to meet deadlines effectively
ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
knowledge of catering services and vendor management is a plus
strong communication skills, both verbal and written

Job Duties

Assisting with event setup and takedown
packing, organizing, and transporting event materials
supporting lead stylist with creative execution
interacting professionally with clients and vendors
managing event logistics
ensuring timely completion of tasks
maintaining a clean and organized workspace
