Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience
- 7+ years of audio-visual experience
- 5+ years of operations supervisory or management experience in audio-visual
- 3+ years of customer service or hospitality experience

- excellent written and oral communication skills
- proficiency with computer hardware and software including Microsoft Office

Job Duties
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with venue partners
- direct venue leaders and collaborate on business reviews
- service high profile events and act as escalation point
- identify new revenue opportunities and select services
- complete and analyze reports to manage business
- manage billing system and invoicing coordination
- ensure timely payment processing by venue partners
- review P & L and develop action plans
- collaborate to maximize workforce and equipment utilization
- manage efficient and profitable operations with focus on revenue and cost control
- oversee daily floor operations meeting brand and safety standards
- confirm inventory control procedures and equipment quality
- analyze schedules and collaborate for labor and equipment sharing
- maintain presence at venue meetings and review event feasibility
- conduct periodic financial reviews
- act as resource for technical support
- ensure staff understand technical aspects
- enforce equipment security and maintenance
- provide analysis for equipment needs and CAPEX
- utilize company systems for SOP adherence
- hold locations accountable for sales pipeline and forecasting
- collect and present business performance reports
- provide sales support and lead sales team
- maintain knowledge of industry and new technologies
- cultivate relationships with customers and teams
- lead venues to exceed customer expectations
- enforce team member guidebook standards
- promote company core values
