Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent
  • One to three years of related experience
  • Ability to perform each essential duty satisfactorily

  • Strong organizational ability
  • Capacity to handle complex situations with limited standard procedures
  • Good decision-making and judgment skills
  • Ability to use CRM database systems and perform data analysis

  • Availability to work evenings and weekends
  • Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
  • Ability to observe monitoring devices for extended periods

Job Duties

  • Conduct daily outreach to targeted students using multi-channel communication methods
  • Reach out to recent event and visit registrants to suggest personalized schedule enhancements
  • Design personalized visit agendas for individual students, guests, and groups
  • Provide exceptional customer service to all students and guests
  • Coordinate all aspects of guest and group visits including admissions meetings, tours, faculty engagements, and accommodations
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently with all students and guests regarding their visits
  • Organize and execute group visit experiences for schools and community organizations
  • Support planning and execution of on-campus events related to new student recruitment
  • Utilize Slate and other university systems to manage event registrations and record detailed visit notes
  • Assist with front desk duties including answering phones and greeting guests
  • Support admissions leadership with special projects and recruitment-enhancing responsibilities
