- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Experience planning, coordinating and budgeting events
- Experience in external partner engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Open to minimal overnight travel
Job Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution of higher education
- Experience planning, coordinating and budgeting events
- Experience in external partner engagement
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Open to minimal overnight travel
- Experience working with corporate partners or development and alumni relations
- Experience working within constituent relations
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, Salesforce, or other CRM
- Experience with Workday
- Knowledge or experience navigating vendor contracts
- Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and multi-task
Job Duties
- Coordinate development and donor engagement activities and special events including the Arkansas Business Hall of Fame, advisory board meetings, donor stewardship events, receptions and other events as needed
- Craft donor communication and correspondence
- Provide administrative support to the Development and Donor Engagement team
- Work evenings and weekends as needed
- Travel minimally on behalf of the College
- Maintain collegial and harmonious working relationships
- Ensure regular, reliable attendance
