Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in event or facility support
- Ability to work part-time hours
- Strong attention to detail
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Capacity to perform physical tasks related to event setup and teardown
- Flexibility to work varied hours including evenings and weekends

- Experience in event assistance or venue operations

- Familiarity with FF&E setup and teardown
- Proficiency in administrative tasks related to event management
Job Duties
- Provide support to Facility Director as well as Operations and Event Services staff for administrative, event and project-related responsibilities
- Assist Director and Facilities Manager in all facets of events and projects including pre-event administrative elements, FF&E movements, signage, front of house equipment set-up/tear down
- Identify process improvements where applicable
- Assist with FF&E set-up and tear down for all events as assigned
- Serve as command post operator as needed
- Assist with assuring facility readiness and smooth operations of events
- Maintain proper image and generate positive public relations with clients, patrons and staff
- Provide excellent customer experiences when interacting with staff, guests, vendors and clients
- Ensure efficient and effective communications regarding the delivery of services and information
