Job Requirements
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality, events, or customer service experience
- Weekend availability required
- Professional, reliable, and guest-focused demeanor required
- Some limited hours/downtime in July due to event volume
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Minimum 1 year of hospitality, events, or customer service experience
- Familiarity with catering/event equipment preferred
- Valid driver's license, Food Handler, and TIP certifications preferred
- Strong communication and active listening skills
- Excellent customer service and guest-focused mindset
- Ability to coordinate staff and operations in a fast-paced environment
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Sound judgment and ability to adapt during live events
Job Duties
- Oversee and direct staff on site before, during and after events
- Plan and direct physical set up for events
- Direct Managers and Staff on job duties and location during the event
- Direct breaking down of events post-completion
- Read and review event information thoroughly before arrival
- Support restaurant operations during non-event times
- Conduct Front of House service staff meetings to discuss timeline, assignments, and standards
