Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality, events, or customer service experience
  • Weekend availability required
  • Professional, reliable, and guest-focused demeanor required
  • Some limited hours/downtime in July due to event volume

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Minimum 1 year of hospitality, events, or customer service experience
  • Familiarity with catering/event equipment preferred
  • Valid driver's license, Food Handler, and TIP certifications preferred
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Excellent customer service and guest-focused mindset
  • Ability to coordinate staff and operations in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving skills
  • Sound judgment and ability to adapt during live events

Job Duties

  • Oversee and direct staff on site before, during and after events
  • Plan and direct physical set up for events
  • Direct Managers and Staff on job duties and location during the event
  • Direct breaking down of events post-completion
  • Read and review event information thoroughly before arrival
  • Support restaurant operations during non-event times
  • Conduct Front of House service staff meetings to discuss timeline, assignments, and standards
