Job Requirements
- bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- prior event coordination experience
- experience working with youth or community organizations
- excellent organizational skills
- strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- proficiency with standard office software

Job Duties
- plan, promote, and execute GOTR fundraising events
- assist with YMCA events as needed
- coordinate program oversight for remote GOTR sites
- manage and supervise volunteers
- ensure program alignment and quality across council footprint
- foster a supportive environment for children
- maintain stakeholder and community relationships
