Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Coordinate and support major industry exhibitions from booth strategy and design to onsite logistics and post-event wrap-up
  • support local event initiatives for the direct sales team including regional open houses customer days and niche conferences
  • manage shipping and logistics of marketing assets literature and giveaways ensuring brand alignment at events
  • contribute fresh and innovative ideas to the global event marketing team
  • administer the co-op event support program for distributors across the Americas
  • provide marketing resources and coordination assistance for smaller distributor-hosted events
  • serve as a go-to resource for the sales team managing access to literature photos videos templates and branded promotional items
  • monitor and maintain inventory of marketing materials and event giveaways
  • maintain and monitor company profiles on third-party PR platforms like Quoted and Featured
  • pitch story ideas product insights and executive quotes aligned with current media opportunities
  • track submissions outreach progress and report on published contributions
  • support the Content Marketing Specialist with writing editing or distributing digital content such as event summaries email blasts or social media posts
