Job Requirements

  • High school diploma
  • 3 to 5 years of administrative experience and/or event planning experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Experience with accreditation standards and compliance preferred
  • Familiarity with Fonteva/Salesforce and CE21 preferred

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma required
  • Associate degree in Business preferred
  • 3 to 5 years of administrative or event planning experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Familiarity with Fonteva/Salesforce and CE21 preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Knowledge of accreditation standards and legal program management
  • Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines
  • Effective communication and customer service skills

Job Duties

  • Manage on-demand CLE program workflows including processing attestation forms and issuing MCLE certificates
  • Upload and maintain video content and create program products for website sales
  • Work with Learning Management System, Salesforce, and webstore to integrate processes and ensure compliance and accreditation standards
  • Respond to member inquiries regarding on-demand programs and certificate processing
  • Serve as a contact for out-of-state accreditation and process MCLE credit for other states as requested
  • Process sponsorship invoices and payments
  • Coordinate temporary staffing requests for programs as needed
  • Assist with adding live events in Salesforce, CE21, and Smartsheet in the absence of the Assistant Director of Meetings and Events
  • Process tuition assistance applications for programs as needed
  • Assist the Assistant Director of Meetings and Events with live event coordination and support
