Job Requirements

  • Authorized to work in the U.S. without need for employment-based visa sponsorship
  • Minimum 3 years experience in event production or relevant work experience
  • Strong project management and communication skills
  • Experience with virtual and hybrid event technologies preferred
  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

Job Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years experience in event production for complex high-caliber programs or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple competing priorities effectively
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to interact effectively with individuals at all levels of responsibility and authority
  • Experience with virtual and hybrid event technology including streaming technologies and event registration tools preferred
  • Knowledge of Cvent preferred
  • Event planning experience preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
  • Ability to travel up to 30 percent

Job Duties

  • Manage the Request for Proposal process for event production and technology vendors including budget analysis and preparation, template development, timeline with key milestones, reviewing proposals, and negotiating with vendors
  • Design and implement high-caliber set design and production strategies in collaboration with approved vendors for leadership and signature programs
  • Travel to conference sites to oversee onsite production including vendor coordination, rehearsals, and speaker support
  • Advise stakeholders and planners on AV production strategies for hybrid events
  • Supervise resources and project timelines associated with aligned programs
  • Participate in the collection or creation of production assets such as video projects and presentations
  • Facilitate post-event debriefs with stakeholders and vendors to collect feedback, review invoices, and process payments
