Job Requirements

  • bachelor's degree in marketing communications public relations event management or related field
  • 1-3 years of relevant experience including internships
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • proficiency with email marketing tools and social media platforms
  • experience with event management software
  • excellent organizational skills and ability to handle multiple deadlines
  • basic knowledge of marketing analytics
  • ability to work on-site for events regularly
  • attention to detail and creative problem-solving skills

Job Qualifications

  • bachelor's degree in marketing communications public relations event management or related field
  • 1-3 years of experience in marketing events communications or similar roles including internships
  • excellent writing editing and communication skills with a strong attention to detail
  • experience with email marketing tools social media platforms and event management software
  • strong organizational and project management abilities with consistent follow-through
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple deadlines simultaneously
  • basic understanding of marketing analytics and comfort working with data to inform decisions
  • experience supporting events sponsor deliverables or multi-team projects is a plus
  • this hybrid position requires regular on-site presence for events

Job Duties

  • assist with planning and executing events including logistics vendor coordination scheduling and on-site support
  • set up manage and tear down event spaces ensuring smooth operations from start to finish
  • support coordination of event timelines communications and asset preparation including run-of-show briefing documents signage scripts
  • support fulfillment of sponsorship deliverables ensuring accuracy and timely execution
  • coordinate with internal teams to align event needs with editorial philanthropy and business development priorities
  • create and write content for press releases email campaigns social media event promotions website updates and other marketing materials
  • maintain an organized editorial and content calendar across channels
