Job Requirements

  • Proficient with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Creative thinking and event planning skills
  • Basic budgeting and expense management knowledge

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours as needed
  • Answer and route phone calls, assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative resident events, services, and programs
  • Maintain local area information and positive vendor and local business relationships
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinate marketing of events
  • Create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers
  • Participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
  • Provide input on budgets related to activities and resident retention and manage expenses
