Job Requirements

- Previous experience in customer service or community management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Basic computer skills including email and scheduling software

- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic marketing software

- Knowledge of local community services and vendor networks
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents upon office entry and assist with tours
- Answer and route phone calls, assist with service callbacks
- Maintain guest suite scheduling including payments and cleanliness
- Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Keep amenities in tour-ready condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute creative events, programs, and services using amenity spaces
- Maintain local area resource information and relationships with concierge vendors
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and promote events
- Create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and post on Resident Portal
- Participate in meeting sales and marketing program standards
- Provide input on budget development and manage expenses for resident activities
