Job Requirements

- Prior experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service roles
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
- Strong organizational skills
- Proficient in basic computer applications

Job Qualifications

- Experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to coordinate and execute community events and programs
- Basic proficiency with email and administrative software
- Ability to multitask and manage scheduling
- Knowledge of local businesses and community resources is a plus
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area and assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route them to the appropriate team member while assisting with service request callbacks
- Maintain the guest suite schedule, manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute creative community events, programs, and services using amenity spaces
- Create monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and manage resident portal postings
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and coordinate with the Lifestyle Team for timely communication
- Support Greystar sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
- Provide input into budget development related to resident retention activities and manage expenses to budget
