Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or related customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently
- Proficient with computer software including Microsoft Office
- Creative and organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Reliable and professional work ethic
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial management
- Availability to work flexible hours including weekends and events.

- Basic budgeting skills for managing activity expenses.
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with property tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- Assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute creative and dynamic resident events, services, and programs
- Work to develop assessment metrics to measure event success
- Maintain detailed local area information for resident recommendations
- Keep positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle Email Account messages timely
- Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with activities and events
- Participate in ensuring sales and marketing standards are met
- Provide input for budget development related to resident activities
- Manage expenses to align with budget.
