- prior experience in customer service or community-related roles preferred
- excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
- proficient with standard office software
- strong written and verbal communication skills
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents upon office entry ensuring their comfort
- assist with tours as needed
- answer and route phone calls appropriately and manage service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness
- manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- ensure amenities are tour-ready and resident-prepared
- develop and execute creative resident events and programs
- keep detailed local area information and maintain vendor relationships
- respond to Lifestyle E-mail account promptly
- create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- participate in meeting sales and marketing program standards
- provide input on budget development and manage expenses related to resident retention activities
