Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or community-related roles preferred
  • excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • ability to handle multiple responsibilities simultaneously
  • proficient with standard office software
  • strong written and verbal communication skills
  • availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • strong customer service and communication skills
  • experience in community or property management preferred
  • ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • creativity in developing resident programs
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and common communication tools
  • ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • basic budget management knowledge

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents upon office entry ensuring their comfort
  • assist with tours as needed
  • answer and route phone calls appropriately and manage service request callbacks
  • maintain guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness
  • manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • ensure amenities are tour-ready and resident-prepared
  • develop and execute creative resident events and programs
  • keep detailed local area information and maintain vendor relationships
  • respond to Lifestyle E-mail account promptly
  • create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • participate in meeting sales and marketing program standards
  • provide input on budget development and manage expenses related to resident retention activities
