Job Requirements

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in property management or hospitality preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and implement community programs and events
  • Proficiency in managing social media and digital communication

  • Basic computer skills including MS Office and resident portal software

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensure their comfort
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
  • Assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
  • Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute engaging events, services, and programs
  • Maintain information on local businesses and concierge vendors
  • Respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and promote events
  • Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • Monitor and submit Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in sales and marketing program standards
  • Provide budget input related to activities and resident retention
  • Manage expenses to budget
  • Host one Saturday event monthly
  • Host one weekly late-night event
  • Maintain community social media websites
  • Conduct outreach for community events
