Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or lifestyle programming
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • flexible availability including evenings and weekends
  • basic computer literacy
  • valid identification and legal work authorization
  • customer service oriented
  • attention to detail

Job Qualifications

  • experience in event planning or community coordination
  • strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • proficiency in social media and basic computer applications

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents upon office entry
  • assist with community tours as needed
  • answer and route phone calls, respond to service request callbacks
  • manage guest suite scheduling and ensure cleanliness
  • monitor package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • prepare and maintain amenity spaces for resident use
  • develop and execute innovative events and programs
  • maintain detailed local area information for resident use and build positive relationships with vendors
  • monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account
  • create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for resident events
  • participate in sales and marketing program standards
  • provide input on activity budgets and manage expenses
  • coordinate one Saturday event monthly
  • coordinate one late night weekly event
  • maintain community social media sites
  • conduct outreach for community events
