Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait to speak with a team member
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness, manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs utilizing amenity spaces
  • Maintain information on local area restaurants, shops, delivery places, and pertinent services for residents
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and collaborate with Lifestyle Team to ensure timely responses and event marketing
  • Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with activities and events
  • Participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • Provide input into budget development for planned activities and resident retention, managing expenses to budget
