Job Requirements

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area ensuring their comfort
  • assist with property tours as needed
  • answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • assist with service request callbacks
  • maintain guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness
  • manage loading dock and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
  • document all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • ensure all amenities are in tour-ready condition for resident use
  • develop and execute innovative community events, services, and programs
  • create outcome goals and assessment metrics for lifestyle programs
  • maintain detailed local area information to recommend services to residents
  • establish and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • monitor and respond to the Lifestyle email account in a timely manner
  • create monthly event calendars, newsletters, and flyers for community activities
  • manage Resident Portal postings
  • participate in achieving Greystar's sales and marketing benchmarks
  • provide input for budget development within the property portfolio related to resident activities and retention
  • manage activity expenses according to budget
