Job Qualifications

- experience in event planning or community coordination preferred

- proficiency in using email, newsletters, and resident portal platforms
- creativity in developing resident engagement programs

- competency in managing schedules and administrative tasks
- knowledge of local area amenities and services beneficial
- problem-solving skills to handle resident needs and inquiries
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents entering the office or leasing area ensuring their comfort
- assist with property tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- assist with service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedules ensuring payment and cleanliness
- manage loading dock and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
- document all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- ensure all amenities are in tour-ready condition for resident use
- develop and execute innovative community events, services, and programs
- create outcome goals and assessment metrics for lifestyle programs
- maintain detailed local area information to recommend services to residents
- establish and maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- monitor and respond to the Lifestyle email account in a timely manner
- create monthly event calendars, newsletters, and flyers for community activities
- manage Resident Portal postings
- participate in achieving Greystar's sales and marketing benchmarks
- provide input for budget development within the property portfolio related to resident activities and retention
- manage activity expenses according to budget
