Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- at least 1 year of experience in property management or related field
- excellent customer service skills
- strong organizational and time management skills
- ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
- valid driver’s license
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property management or community lifestyle coordination preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
- ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
- creative problem-solving skills
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
- knowledge of local area amenities and services
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area and ensure their comfort
- assist with property tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- assist with service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedule and ensure proper payment and cleanliness
- manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
- ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- develop and execute innovative community events, services, and programs
- create assessment metrics to determine success of programs
- maintain detailed information on local businesses and provide recommendations to residents
- monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account
- create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers
- participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
- provide input into activity budgets and manage expenses within budget
