Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • at least 1 year of experience in property management or related field
  • excellent customer service skills
  • strong organizational and time management skills
  • ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed
  • valid driver’s license

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in property management or community lifestyle coordination preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
  • ability to multitask and handle multiple responsibilities efficiently
  • creative problem-solving skills
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • knowledge of local area amenities and services

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area and ensure their comfort
  • assist with property tours as needed
  • answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • assist with service request callbacks
  • maintain guest suite schedule and ensure proper payment and cleanliness
  • manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival information and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develop and execute innovative community events, services, and programs
  • create assessment metrics to determine success of programs
  • maintain detailed information on local businesses and provide recommendations to residents
  • monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account
  • create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers
  • participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
  • provide input into activity budgets and manage expenses within budget
