- must have prior experience in customer service or property management
- strong communication skills
- reliable and punctual

- proficient in basic computer applications
- ability to engage effectively with residents and staff

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort
- assists with tours as needed
- answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members
- assists with completed service request callbacks
- maintains the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
- manages the loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- manages all package deliveries and notifies residents within 24 hours
- ensures all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- develops outcome assessments and metrics to determine success of programs
- keeps detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and vendors
- maintains positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- provides residents with recommendations on services
- monitors and responds to Lifestyle email accounts ensuring timely responses
- creates and produces monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- monitors and submits postings for the Resident Portal
- participates in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
- provides input on budget development related to planned activities and resident retention
- manages expenses to budget
