- Previous experience in a customer service or community management role preferred
- Effective communication skills

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer and route phone calls, handle service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule and manage move-in/out logistics
- Manage package deliveries and notify residents timely
- Ensure amenities are tour-ready and properly maintained
- Develop, execute, and assess resident events, programs, and services
- Maintain local area information and foster relationships with vendors and businesses
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email and coordinate marketing communications
- Create and distribute monthly event calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participate in sales and marketing standard compliance
- Provide input on budget development and manage activity expenses
