Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively with residents and team members
- Capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic proficiency with computer applications
- Availability to work part-time hours
- Strong organizational skills

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- Assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
- Manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage all package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs
- Develop outcomes and assessment metrics to determine program success
- Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services
- Maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- Offer recommendations to residents and keep up to date on community events
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account
- Create and produce monthly calendar, newsletter, and flyers
- Post items to Resident Portal
- Participate in ensuring sales and marketing standards are met
- Provide input into budget development related to resident activities
- Manage expenses to budget
