Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to manage multiple tasks and coordinate events
- proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- dependable and professional demeanor
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
- valid driver’s license preferred

Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait for team members
- assists with tours as needed
- answers phone calls, routes calls to appropriate team members, assists with service request callbacks
- maintains guest suite schedule ensuring cleanliness and payment
- manages and monitors loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- manages package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- ensures all amenities are prepared and in tour condition for resident use
- develops and executes creative events, programs, and services using amenity spaces and assesses their success
- maintains information on local restaurants, shops, and services, and fosters relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- responds promptly to Lifestyle email account and helps create marketing materials for events and programs
- creates monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for community activities
- participates in meeting sales and marketing program benchmarks
- provides input on budgets related to planned activities and manages expenses
