Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • experience in customer service or community engagement roles preferred
  • excellent communication skills
  • ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
  • organizational skills to manage schedules and events
  • ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in event coordination or community lifestyle roles preferred
  • strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • basic computer proficiency including email and document creation
  • ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
  • customer service orientation
  • creative thinking and problem-solving skills
  • knowledge of local community resources and vendors advantageous

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area
  • assist with leasing tours as needed
  • answer phone calls and route them appropriately
  • assist with service request callbacks
  • maintain guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
  • manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • document and notify residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
  • ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events and resident programs
  • create assessment metrics to determine program success
  • maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services
  • foster relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • respond to Lifestyle email account promptly
  • create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
  • monitor and submit resident portal postings
  • contribute to meeting sales and marketing program standards
  • provide input on budget development and manage expenses related to activities and resident retention
