Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- experience in customer service or community engagement roles preferred
- excellent communication skills
- ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication
- organizational skills to manage schedules and events
- ability to work collaboratively with team members
- flexibility to work evenings or weekends as required
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in event coordination or community lifestyle roles preferred
- strong communication and interpersonal skills
- basic computer proficiency including email and document creation
- ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines

- knowledge of local community resources and vendors advantageous
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area
- assist with leasing tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- assist with service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
- manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- document and notify residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
- ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- develop and execute innovative, creative, and dynamic events and resident programs
- create assessment metrics to determine program success
- maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services
- foster relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- respond to Lifestyle email account promptly
- create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- monitor and submit resident portal postings
- contribute to meeting sales and marketing program standards
- provide input on budget development and manage expenses related to activities and resident retention
