Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Basic proficiency with computer applications and email
  • Positive attitude and a customer-focused approach
  • Ability to work flexible hours including some evenings or weekends

  • Previous experience in property management, event coordination, or lifestyle programming preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
  • Proficiency in using email and marketing platforms
  • Creative problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents entering the leasing office and assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members while assisting with service request callbacks
  • Maintain guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness, and manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are maintained in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative and engaging community events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • Maintain detailed local area information for residents and cultivate positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
