Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient with computer applications including email and calendaring
- Flexible schedule with availability to work occasional evenings and weekends
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or resident services preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks and events
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and standard office software
- Creative mindset with ability to develop engaging programs
- Excellent customer service orientation
- Familiarity with community outreach and vendor relations
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents upon entering the office/leasing area and provide comfort while they wait
- Assist with property tours as needed
- Answer and route phone calls, assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedules, ensure cleanliness and proper payment
- Manage and monitor loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage all package deliveries, document arrivals, notify residents within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are prepared and in tour-ready condition
- Develop and execute creative lifestyle events, programs, and services
- Keep detailed information on local businesses and concierge services for resident recommendations
- Monitor and respond to lifestyle email accounts, create marketing and event awareness
- Produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers, manage Resident Portal postings
- Participate in meeting sales and marketing program standards
- Provide budget input related to resident activities and manage expenses to budget
