Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior customer service experience
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage schedules effectively
- Basic computer proficiency including email and calendar management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends
- Must be able to interact professionally with residents, vendors, and staff
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in community lifestyle coordination or customer service
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to develop creative programs and events
- Proficiency in using email and digital communication tools
- Familiarity with local area businesses and community resources
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales and management teams
- Budget management experience preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents upon entering the leasing office and assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members, assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite scheduling, manage loading dock and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are prepared and in tour condition for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs utilizing amenity spaces
- Maintain up-to-date local area information for resident recommendations and foster positive local vendor relationships
- Respond to Lifestyle email account and coordinate with Lifestyle Team for marketing and event promotion
- Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with community activities and events
- Participate in ensuring sales and marketing standards and benchmarks are met
- Provide input on budget development related to activities and manage expenses to budget
