Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior experience in customer service or community support roles preferred
  • ability to communicate clearly and professionally
  • strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • proficiency with basic computer applications
  • willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends
  • ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
  • valid driver’s license preferred

  • ability to organize and coordinate multiple community programs and events
  • proficiency with computer software including email and marketing tools
  • strong customer service orientation
  • ability to work effectively with diverse teams and residents
  • experience in property management or community coordination preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
  • assist with tours as needed
  • answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
  • assist with service request call backs
  • maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • manage package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • maintain detailed local resource information and build positive relationships with vendors and community businesses
  • monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinate timely communication for event marketing
  • create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for community activities
  • participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
  • provide input on budget development for activities and manage expenses accordingly
