Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in customer service or community support roles preferred
- ability to communicate clearly and professionally
- strong organizational and multitasking skills
- proficiency with basic computer applications
- willingness to work flexible hours including some weekends
- ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately
- valid driver’s license preferred

- ability to organize and coordinate multiple community programs and events
- proficiency with computer software including email and marketing tools
- strong customer service orientation
- ability to work effectively with diverse teams and residents
- experience in property management or community coordination preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensure their comfort while waiting
- assist with tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route to appropriate team members
- assist with service request call backs
- maintain guest suite schedule and manage loading dock and elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
- manage package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
- ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- maintain detailed local resource information and build positive relationships with vendors and community businesses
- monitor and respond to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinate timely communication for event marketing
- create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers for community activities
- participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
- provide input on budget development for activities and manage expenses accordingly
