Job Requirements

  • prior experience in customer service or related field preferred

Job Qualifications

  • previous experience in a customer service, property management, or community coordination role preferred

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort while they wait for assistance
  • assists with tours as needed
  • answers phone calls and routes them to appropriate team members
  • assists with completed service request callbacks
  • maintains the guest suite schedule ensuring proper payment and cleanliness
  • manages and monitors loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • manages all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • ensures all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • develops and executes innovative, creative, and dynamic events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • develops outcome metrics to assess success of programs
  • maintains detailed information on local businesses and services
  • establishes and maintains positive relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
  • offers recommendations to residents on services and needs
  • monitors and responds to the Lifestyle email account and coordinates timely responses with the Lifestyle Team
  • creates and produces monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers with activities and events
  • monitors and submits items for Resident Portal postings
  • participates in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • provides input into budget development related to planned activities and resident retention
  • manages expenses within budget
