Job Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or a related field preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficient in basic computer applications
  • Must be able to handle phone inquiries and in-person resident interactions professionally
  • Available to participate in resident events and programs as required

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management or customer service preferred
  • Strong organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to coordinate and execute community events
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic marketing tools
  • Ability to build positive relationships with residents and local vendors
  • Knowledge of real estate industry standards and resident retention practices

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensures their comfort
  • Assists with community tours as needed
  • Answers and routes phone calls and manages service request callbacks
  • Maintains guest suite schedule and oversees loading dock/elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manages package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents
  • Ensures amenities are prepared and in tour condition
  • Develops and executes innovative events, programs, and activities
  • Maintains information and relationships with local vendors and businesses
  • Monitors and responds to Lifestyle E-mail Account and coordinates marketing efforts
  • Creates monthly calendar, newsletter, flyers and posts updates on Resident Portal
  • Ensures sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • Contributes to budget development and manages expenses related to resident activities and retention
