Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in lifestyle coordination, event planning, or property management preferred
- Strong customer service skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Proficiency in relevant software applications
- Availability to work evenings and weekends as required
- Ability to develop and implement community programs
- Knowledge of local area amenities and resources
- Valid driver’s license beneficial
Job Qualifications

- Experience in event planning or lifestyle coordination preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and resident management software
- Creativity in program and event development
- Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial tracking

- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- Assist with completed service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule for payment and cleanliness
- Manage package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- Keep detailed local area information and maintain relationships with vendors and businesses
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle Email Account and create marketing awareness
- Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participate in ensuring sales and marketing standards are met
- Provide input on and manage budgets for activities and resident retention
- Manage expenses to budget
