Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior experience in property management, hospitality, or related fields preferred
- excellent communication and customer service skills
- proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant software
- ability to coordinate and execute events

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office and leasing area and ensure their comfort
- assist with tours as needed
- answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
- assist with service request callbacks
- maintain guest suite schedule and ensure payment and cleanliness
- manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
- ensure all amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
- develop and execute creative events, services, and programs in amenity spaces
- develop outcome assessments and metrics for programs
- keep detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and services for resident recommendations
- maintain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- respond to Lifestyle email accounts and assist with marketing and awareness of community events
- create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- monitor and submit Resident Portal postings
- support sales and marketing program standards
- provide input on budget development for activities and manage expenses
