Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area
- Assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- Manage guest suite scheduling and ensure cleanliness
- Oversee package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
- Maintain amenity spaces in tour-ready condition
- Develop and execute innovative resident events and programs
- Maintain knowledge of local businesses and offer resident recommendations
- Manage Lifestyle email account and respond timely
- Create monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participate in achieving sales and marketing program standards
- Provide input on activity budgets and manage expenses
