Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • prior customer service or community support experience preferred
  • excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • creative mindset for event planning and resident engagement
  • ability to maintain a professional and welcoming demeanor
  • flexible schedule availability including weekends and evenings

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office and ensures comfort
  • assists with tours as needed
  • answers and routes phone calls and assists with service callbacks
  • maintains guest suite schedules and manages loading dock and elevator usage for move-ins and move-outs
  • manages package deliveries including documentation and resident notification
  • maintains amenity conditions and prepares them for resident use
  • develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs and evaluates their success
  • keeps detailed local area information and maintains positive relationships with local businesses and vendors
  • manages lifestyle email account and coordinates timely responses
  • creates monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and resident portal postings
  • supports sales and marketing program standards
  • provides input and manages budgets related to resident activities and retention
