Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in property management or related customer service role preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to organize and coordinate events and programs
  • Proficiency in managing email communications and marketing materials
  • Ability to maintain detailed schedules and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Capability to work collaboratively with a team
  • Flexibility to handle various tasks including administrative duties and resident engagement

  • Ability to develop and coordinate community programs and events

  • Ability to manage budgets related to activities and resident retention

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents as they enter the office/leasing area and ensure their comfort while they wait
  • Assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls, route calls to appropriate team members, and assist with completed service request callbacks
  • Maintain the guest suite schedule and manage the loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • Manage all package deliveries by documenting arrivals and notifying residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
  • Maintain detailed information on local businesses and provide recommendations to residents
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account messages and coordinate marketing and awareness efforts for events
  • Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and monitor Resident Portal postings
  • Participate in ensuring sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks are met
  • Provide input on budgeting for activities and manage expenses to budget
