Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or property management
- Ability to greet and assist residents and prospects professionally
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Basic computer proficiency including email and calendar management
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends or evenings as needed
- Must have reliable transportation if required for community events
- Ability to organize and manage multiple tasks efficiently
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in property management or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and email communication
- Ability to organize and coordinate events and programs
- Basic budgeting and expense management knowledge
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Team player with the ability to work under minimal supervision
Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents as they enter the leasing area and ensure their comfort
- Assist with property tours
- Answer phone calls and route them appropriately
- Assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedule and ensure cleanliness
- Manage loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
- Ensure amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
- Develop and execute community events, services, and programs in amenity spaces
- Create assessment metrics to evaluate program success
- Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery options
- Build and sustain relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- Provide residents with recommendations and updates on community events
- Monitor and respond to the Lifestyle email account promptly
- Collaborate with the Lifestyle Team to promote events and initiatives
- Produce monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Monitor and submit Resident Portal postings
- Participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing program standards
- Provide input on budgets related to planned activities and resident retention
- Manage expenses within budget limits
