Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management or related field preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities
  • Ability to use computer software including Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Must be able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritize effectively

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in property management, community coordination, or customer service preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and property management software
  • Creative and innovative mindset for event planning
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team and independently

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents and assist with tours
  • Answer and route phone calls and assist with service request call backs
  • Manage guest suite schedule and loading dock/elevator schedule for move-ins and move-outs
  • Handle package deliveries and notify residents within 24 hours
  • Ensure amenities are maintained and prepared for resident use
  • Develop and execute community events, programs, and services
  • Maintain local area information and vendor relationships for resident recommendations
  • Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and assist with event marketing
  • Create monthly calendar, newsletter, flyers, and resident portal postings
  • Support sales and marketing program standards and benchmarks
  • Provide input on budgets related to activities and resident retention and manage expenses accordingly
