Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office or leasing area and ensures their comfort
- assists with tours as needed
- answers phone calls and routes them appropriately
- assists with service request callbacks
- manages the guest suite schedule and maintains cleanliness
- coordinates loading dock and elevator scheduling for move-ins and move-outs
- documents and notifies residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
- ensures amenities are in tour-ready condition
- develops and executes innovative events, services, and programs in amenity spaces
- maintains detailed information on local businesses and offers recommendations
- monitors and responds to the Lifestyle email account
- creates monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- participates in ensuring sales and marketing program standards are met
- provides input on activity budgets and manages expenses to budget
