Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in property management or related customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Proficiency with computer applications and email management
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to maintain positive relationships with residents and local vendors

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents in the leasing office and assist with tours as needed
- Answer phone calls, route them appropriately, and assist with service request callbacks
- Maintain guest suite schedules and oversee loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manage package deliveries by documenting and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensure all amenities are in tour condition and ready for resident use
- Develop and execute innovative events, services, and programs using amenity spaces
- Keep detailed information on local businesses, maintain relationships with vendors, and provide resident recommendations
- Monitor and respond to Lifestyle email account and support marketing and awareness of community events
- Create and produce monthly calendars, newsletters, flyers, and Resident Portal postings
- Participate in meeting Greystar sales and marketing standards
- Provide input on budget development relating to activities and resident retention and manage expenses to budget
