Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- previous experience in property management or community coordination preferred
- strong interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- availability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
- valid driver’s license

Job Duties
- Greet prospects and residents entering the leasing area
- assist with tours as needed
- answer and route phone calls
- manage guest suite scheduling and ensure cleanliness
- coordinate move-in and move-out logistics
- document and notify residents of package deliveries within 24 hours
- maintain amenities in tour condition
- develop and execute community events, services, and programs
- track outcomes and perform success assessments for programs
- maintain updated information on local restaurants, shops, and services
- build relationships with concierge vendors and local businesses
- respond to lifestyle email inquiries promptly
- create marketing materials including monthly calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- contribute to meeting sales and marketing standards
- assist in budget development and manage expenses related to community activities and resident retention
