Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in customer service or property management preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and handle a fast-paced environment
- Competency with standard office software
- Ability to interact positively with diverse residents and prospects
- Flexibility to work varying hours including weekends and evenings
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in property management, hospitality, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Proficiency in using office software and email communications
- Creative approach to event planning and community engagement
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Previous experience in resident relations or marketing support is a plus
Job Duties
- Greets prospects and residents as they enter the office and leasing area and ensures their comfort
- Assists with property tours as needed
- Answers and routes phone calls to appropriate team members
- Assists with service request callbacks
- Maintains the guest suite schedule ensuring payment and cleanliness
- Manages the loading dock and elevator schedules for move-ins and move-outs
- Manages package deliveries by documenting arrival and notifying residents within 24 hours
- Ensures amenities are in tour-ready condition for resident use
- Develops and executes innovative and dynamic resident events and programs
- Creates assessment metrics to evaluate event success
- Maintains detailed information on local businesses and maintains vendor relationships
- Offers service recommendations and community event updates to residents
- Monitors and responds to the Lifestyle email account promptly
- Produces monthly activity calendars, newsletters, and flyers
- Participates in sales and marketing program benchmarks
- Provides input for budget development related to activities and manages expenses within budget
