Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience in community events coordination or customer service
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
  • Basic proficiency with computer systems and software
  • Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and evenings
  • Valid driver’s license preferred

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in event coordination or lifestyle management preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • Proficiency in creating marketing materials and using digital communication platforms
  • Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Customer service orientation

Job Duties

  • Greet prospects and residents entering the office and assist with tours as needed
  • Answer phone calls and route them to appropriate team members
  • Manage guest suite schedule, loading dock, and elevator for move-ins and move-outs
  • Document and notify residents of all package deliveries within 24 hours
  • Ensure all amenities are prepared and in tour condition for resident use
  • Develop and execute innovative events, programs, and services utilizing amenity spaces
  • Maintain detailed information on local restaurants, shops, and delivery options and foster relationships with local businesses
